BAND NOTE
We support all genres of music. We respectfully ask all bands to adhere to our simple rules of no drugs, no alcohol, no profanity, no firearms, and no pyros. By all means, give our audience a rocking show.
"THE PRES BOX" is looking for bands and other talent that want to use their gifts to minister the Word of God. We are NOT looking for "Wanna Be Rock Stars." We only book bands and other talent that use their gifts to honor and glorify our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Before any Band is booked at The Pres Box, The band and/or talent must be in full agreement with the set rules.
We are a Ministry, Everything that we do at The Pres Box is to honor and glorify our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We have NO operating budget. We survive off of donations and offerings. A love offering will be taken for the band. Admission is always free, we would never want to turn someone away from getting to know Christ because they could not afford to come. If there are additional expenses that may occur, please contact us so that we can make sure that that the proper compensation can be made.
The MINISTRY LEADER HAS THE FINAL SAY FOR THE SOUND LEVEL AND MIX. About 95 to 98dB. Hey, we love to ROCK out for Christ also, but we've had a few bands that were extreamly too loud for our venue. We have a Drum Sheild and will use it when ever we feel needed.
Doors open at 7:30. We ask that you be at The Pres Box at 4:00pm. (If you are unable to make it at such time please just give us a call) This will give us time to set-up, do a proper sound check, EAT (yes we feed you.), pray, and go over the schedule for the night. Open Mic or an opening band usually starts off the night, we ask that you be there in the room to help support them. Remember this is how you got started.
SOUND CHECK MUST BE COMPLETED BY NO LATER THAN 6:45pm
We have our own sound system; this consists of 1-Mackie CFX16 channel mixer, Tascom CD/tape player, 100ft 16 channel snake, 2-JBL EON G2 main speakers, 3-JBL 1500 Speakers (Monitors), 3 Shure 58 mics, 1-Shure Beta58 cordless mic, and 5- direct boxes. If you choose to use your own PA system please contact the ministry leader at least 2 weeks ahead of time so we can make proper arrangements. *Note* we have to set-up this equipment and break it down at the end of the night.
We take prayer requests at the end of the night. There will be no breaking down of equipment or selling of merchandise at this time.
There will be a table provided for you to sell merchandise. The vender (Band/Talent) is entitled to 100% of the sales. We were told that some venues ask for a small percentage of sales to help with opperating costs. We never have or ever will ask for commission for your sales on merchandise.
If you do not agree with anything listed here, please pray to the Lord for guidance and read them again.
